   One star should be none second time I have been in this store and noticed rude staff. To ask the person if I was I the wright till as no body at the till. The staff member blank me came to the till was the wright one I guess scan my things never spoke a word I had to ask for my receipt this seem to be a problem. I walk out to see that she had charge me for 2 Items twice I left it as she was that rude I don’t want to go back in this shop and never will again.

   Great place for some deals. Not everything is a deal though, with some things more pricey so have to just look out for them. The "X" stuff is great however, they are just unbranded items, that I suspect are usually a brand, but for whatever reason are sold as unbranded.

   Awful. Staff gossiping between themselves at other end if store. No one on tils. Couldnt get into freezers due to stock being placed over the tops. Dreadful!

   Love this discount frozen food store, it has been a great addition to the town. Easy to get to, parking near by, plus you get a free hour now. Nice clean store, mostly friendly staff (only an odd grumpy one over the years) great offers, good selection and decent opening hours. They not only have a good range of frozen food on offer but other products as well. So it is always worth while popping in to take a look.

   If you want a really good food bargain this is the place to visit. They don't sell loads of top brands but the food selection is adequate. I find the staff friendly and helpful but I do feel they are a little slow serving at checkout

   Love Heron it's so cheap! You have to shop regularly as the most discounted bargains change daily and if you love it they might not get them in again, the XSell range is really good value too it's in a dedicated freezer towards the back of the shop
