Pretty disappointing. When booking I was told that what I wanted qualified as solid cover, not nail art, and would cost £30. However on the day I was charged £45 and she insisted it was nail art. The gel nails themselves were awful. I asked her while doing them to cut them shorter and she never did despite me asking a couple times and explaining why I needed them shorter. They were also uper bumpy and uneven, there was a sharp bit on my nails that kept getting caught on things as well. I had to file them down and shape them the next day because I was so embarrassed to be seen with them at work. The design was also bad. Wanted french tips but they were wonky and uneven. Furthermore, whatever way she stuck the extensions on resulted in my nails being pulled off the nail bed a bit and when I took the nails off they were bruised and bleeding. Overall not a great experience and made my birthday treat a nightmare. I do have to say that the woman who did my nails was very pleasant to talk to but it doesn't make up for the fact that my nails are still extremely painful a month after getting my nails done there.

me and my friend went to get our nails done, pretty basic just black acrylic extensions, after finishing and having a proper look at our nails they are very wonky the acrylic was put on quite badly, very bumpy throughout the nails and was also quite sticky. We decided to try fix them up and after my friend tried to file a bit of shape back to her nails we realised the gel wasn’t even cured but properly and is leaking out of her nail. pretty disappointing for £45
