   Terrible service by a member of staff called Empress, not smile on her face at all when check out ,never asked if we have a club card. she had totally different attitude with the english customer before us. she didn't like us at all. never come back here again. Will be using Asda near us.

   Lucy on the twilight shift was an absolute delight to speak to. What a lovely, happy and full of beans young girl! She wished me a Happy Birthday and we chatted away like we had known each other for ages. What an exceptional woman! An absolute credit to Tesco Beeston. I wish all staff were like her!    I don’t think I’ve ever done a review on a supermarket before but the person who served us at till 23 this afternoon, I believe her name was Maria, was outstanding and worthy of mention. Not only was she friendly (as many of the staff here are) but she took the time to give us some good advice. In fact as a result of that advice, after loading up the car with shopping, we went back into store and made some purchases that we wouldn’t have otherwise made.

   Absolutely horrendous experience. Not from around here myself did not realise the shop has two floors when I got there at 11 pm the top floor was shut. Asked the staff member Tino if there was anyway we could go up as we needed things for emergency, his reply was “its shut should have got here earlier” with a big smile. No empathy or compassion whatsoever. However there was another member of staff who genuinely saw we were in need and offer to escort my wife to get what she needed. So Tinos attitude and demeanour is what made me give one star rating. We live in 2023 to laugh and make jokes at customers who are in need is no way to carry yourself have some shame.

   Just bought a new phone and expected that my sim and data would be transferred by the assistant but no, most unhelpful. I had heard how good the Tesco phone help was and are now very disappointed. Don’t bother expecting any help from Tesco, go elsewhere!

   Usual Tesco selling all and everything you need for a weekly shop. Staff are friendly and helpful. Small cafe upstairs, via a travelator, plus toilets. I know I use Tesco but I always fear for the smaller shops trying to compete
