    I frequently order Uber Eats from this store, but I’ve consistently had issues with my orders. They often send cheaper or smaller versions of the items I ordered—for example, a 25g chocolate bar instead of the 90g one I paid for and they don’t offer mark it as a substitution, so I have to go through Uber to resolve it. When something is out of stock, they try to replace it with much more expensive alternatives—like trying to swap 85p biscuits with £3 ones. This has been a recurring problem and is very frustrating.

    Not sure what her name was, but horrible lady on the till, blonde hair. Told customers to shut up, then squashed a girls pastries when she made a mistake on the self service. Miserable.

    I just want to say their customer service is fantastic, staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. I was rescuing an injured animal outside and needed a little box and a lady called Carrie went above and beyond to help me out. I know it's not your standard customer service but really want to say thank you.

    Great local convenience store. Love the self service checkouts, before getting them the queues were huge but now you can quickly nip on for anything. Co-op card always has deals on which feel tailored to my shopping and buying co-op branded products helps the local community - and me too! Prices are fair and staff are friendly when you need assistance.
