What a disappointment, not really worthy of the "Little Waitrose" badge as it's no more than a service station with a couple of freezers for ready meals. Won't be going back

Ridiculous overpriced...... Bought a meal deal for a simple sandwich, drink, and snack. Wanted a healthy fruit snack but not available with a meal deal. Half the filling is missing; more bread than protein. Charged £6, stopped down the road - which is the A52 - and found a better garage. All i can say is way too expensive considering the sandwich was poorly filled, followed by unhealthy cheap drinks and snacks, maximise profit here. Avoid.
Good service station stop. We used the electric car charging point. Very quick and efficient. Tucked behind the electric charge point is a fully touch screen vending machine! How cool!
Fabulous service station, great options on the food and the staff are superb.
Pulled in for a quick stop while the baby wouldn't settle! Clean, well stocked, and the Costa machine worked properly! Poor phone signal, possibly due to being set behind the earthworks of the A46.
Standard fare Waitrose / Shell station. Disappointed that it didn't have a car wash which I desperately needed at the time of my visit - dirty car on the way to a funeral.
It may be expensive but it's really convenient and always good service. Food is top quality even the hot food.
