   Went into Marks & Spencer in Giltbrook today, super modern and had pretty much everything. The staff were really nice and helpful, and I loved the wide range they offer. Just a shame it’s a bit pricey. ⭐⭐

   Great experience shopping at M&S Giltbrook. Got a late invite to attend a client’s ball and had to grab a suit from there. Received a massive support from Jess, Susan M and Belle who went above and beyond to ensure I got a perfect one. Empathetic lots and great vibes. Very many thanks to these absolute stars!

   We've always had the best service at Giltbrook, for a smaller M&S we've never left there disappointed. I was amazed to find an ample stock of gluten-free items. The staff have always been very pleasant, cheery & helpful.

   I went to the Giltbrook store today there was 4 members of staff laughing and chatting . Totally unaware that I was waiting to ask for help in finding some jeans . Well I might has well not bothered I showed her a picture of the jeans that I was on about . She just kept looking round at the rails I actually found them then she just went back to chatting with her pals . I went to the fitting room I stood and waited for the assistant to come to me , she just walked past me into the back room . I took myself off into a cubicle where there was a womens slip this cubicle obviously not been checked . The jeans didn't fit me I left the cubicle and there was still no sign of an assistant there's no wonder they get shop lifters . All in all today visit to the store wasnt the best there seems to be a lot of chatting on the shop floor . Instead of helping customers they think they are there to chat theres no christmas spirit in the store . The bakery part of store is the best the lady behind the counter there is lovely as for the rest of the store are not the best

   Usually going to M&S cafe at Nottingham ikea park is a real treat. We've been visiting the store/cafe for years and always been impressed. Unfortunately, our last few visits to the cafe have not been what you expect. I understand staff shortages, but if it wasn't for the lady on the till the service you would have only got 1 star. If you are short staffed please ensure staff are not standing around chatting, talking about bring short staffed. I heard 1st hand what was bring said. It pains me to write this review, but we will still support the cafe, hoping it's just a blip and normal service will resume. Thank you

   Mouthwatering selection of cheese and M&S goodies. Great to have it on Giltbrook and with the bonus of a restaurant upstairs with scrummy food. Food hall is brilliant and the queue for the restaurant is relentless most of the day. Very popular.

   Lucas I believe is the young lad name he is outstanding nothing is too much trouble. Went above and beyond. Shame not all staff are like this. He is true asset with impeccable manner and customer service. Will definitely shop in store again

   I visited M+S food today at giltbrook retail park found I couldn't see which loaf of bread I wanted as the lights had been turned off! I mentioned it to a member of staff who said I should use a torch as they are trying to save money! I hope no-one trips over and gets injured. I found this ridiculous. Are they struggling that much.words fail me!
