   I attended for what I thought was BIAB with Sammy about 3 weeks or so ago. I came away thinking that's what I got. They looked nice but didn't seem so tough as I usually have them and not as thick . But thought nothing of it as different places different ways. With in 2 day 2 of my nails snapped but I just thought oh well. I then yesterday went to someone else due to time and availability and closer to home. I was shocked that the nail technician started to work on my nail and said I thought this was a BIAB removal, I said yes... She said this is just gel nail polish there is no builder on your nails. I was utterly disappointed that I had paid £30 and even £5 tip for fitting me in at short noticed and hadn't got what I had asked for. I was wanting to return to use the other services offered but definitely won't now .
