   i ask to buy 10 water cans but always they allowing me to buy 5 only. It is not free i am paying money. .i don't understand why they are not giving enough stuff to the customers even they have plenty of stoke available. ..this is very bad . I hope tesco management will consider this. I am not telling the staff name , but this happened many times with me.

   Poor customer service cue out the door because the colleague on till refuses to ring for assistance while serving someone who had done a weeks shop!. People who only wanted to pay for fuel were left waiting almost 15mins in cue GET THAT GUY OFF THE TILLS he’s useless! (26/01/2025 @ approx 5.45pm! )

   Good for fuel quick and easy with plenty of space. Allergic to milk, then lunch or sandwiches are not an option. Coffee machines also, as all comes out the same taps, so it's not good for vegans either. Inclusiveness is becoming the norm, yet being allergic to milk is still not recognised nor catered for by mainstream organisations.

   So I went to Tesco express last night on clifton Lane. Arrived at 23:51, but the doors was shut but customers was still in there. It was supposed to shut at 24:00. There was a young lady that seen me waiting outside but didn't open the door to me. Absolutely shocking. Poor customer service. I find the odd member of staff to be very ignorant when asking for help in the shop itself. Tried ringing the store to have a chat to the store manager but nobody answers the phone. Staff seem more interested in to just talking to other members of staff and laughing. Not all staff but it's the same staff all the time that haven't got time for customers.

   I am on my way to London, with family stopped to fill our car and decided to go in and get some snacks. We went to the self check and we decided to take an item off and we needed assistance. There were two employees standing less than 10 metres away and when I asked for assistance I was ignored and one went ahead and attended to 2 empty self checks which no one was using and there was no one waiting to use before she came to us. She did not even take the item off, because by the time she got to us she didn't ask why we called for assistance and just did what she thought we needed and walked off even as I was still talking to her. I find it so unprofessional when I am spending £25 of my money and not been treated with respect. I wouldn't stop there ever again.

   Least likely Tesco I'm ever likely to return to. Staff were quite ignorant and more focused on chatting with each other in the aisles than serving customers. Was waiting to get past but looked at and totally ignored. The toilets are disgusting, filthiest I have seen in a long time. Thick with grime and dirt and looks like they haven't been cleaned this year .

   rubbish, no gloves present on any of the pumps as usual, i think tesco need to show some responsibility and respect towards customers and ensure to refill gloves regularly especially during covid times. Pumps are one of the dirtest things you can touch since so many people use it.

   Shame on your employees shouting at and belittling the homeless gentleman who is seeking a little cover from the weather outside your store. It's cold, the poor man is down on his luck and he doesn't need your ignorant employees making his day worse. Noticed no one was phased by his presence, he wasn't begging, a few gave him some food but all the disgusted looks and concerned attention was at your employees. Sort it out.

   What an absolute bunch of jobsworth the staff are so you can't use the the reprint functions and then when you mention it to the stuff it's like you're asking them to do a favour and the machines you can come in and pay yes I can but I used to self-service machine for a reason I have Tesco's on the label does not have the customer service of Tesco
