    Had a very rude encounter today with a short old woman with glasses she was so rude and dismissive she used very bad language and had no manners at all you wont catch me shopping here again however, lady on the till made up for it with a welcoming and friendly conversation as well as the other lad on the shopfloor who was y also very helpful and nice. I really don’t know what’s up with the staff nowadays, I mean if you don’t like working why come at all. Don't go to Coop when she's working it will ruin your day!!!!!

    Really friendly and great staff and good prices compared to other places in the local area, they have a good stock of things you sometimes wouldnt expect in a smaller store, i highly reccomend this co op if you live in the area/passing through, its also a well stocked enough place for you to make your weekly/monthly shop there for an affordable price!

    Usually great staff but this morning I witnessed an older lady rearranging and restocking all the pastries with bare ungloved hands. Not impressed. There were gloves and tongs there available.

    This place is a short distance from where I live. I use it for occasional supplies in between my weekly shop at Asda. I have no real complaints. The staff have been helpful when I've asked where stuff is. The range isn't huge, but it is sufficient for emergencies. I should also point out I only go in the evenings. Parking in the day is a nightmare so I don't even try, and it can be bad enough at night with the way people drive up the narrow road from Ruddington Lane.

    Usually have a decent range in but been a bit short recently. Supply issues I imagine so not a problem. I use this place quite a bit and it's not too pricey like some stores and usually get what I need. Staff always friendly too.

    DON'T GO IF YOUR NOT BRITISH!!! They just refused to sell me cigarettes because my driving license and ID are not british. I guess when they going holiday to Spain or somewhere they getting Spanish ID to buy a beer.... Used to liked that shop but now I will never come back again

    Great local shop, my family and I use it almost every day for something. Staff are fantastic and all friendly, not a single bad one which is rare but nice to find. Always have essentials in stock and a good selection of food etc for a relatively small shop.
