This salon really lets its customers down. When booking appointments, they don’t ask for the correct information and then turn around and refuse clients because of their own mistakes. It feels very unprofessional and unfair to be penalized for errors that are completely on their end. A business should take responsibility for its own processes.
Had high lights and a cut and am delighted with the result. My hair is not the easiest to cut and style but massive thank you and we'll done to Megan who has done a really good job. I will definitely be returning.
31.05.22 Tracie has been my hair stylist for many years so i just had to have her and the Envy team be a part of my wedding. We went through a couple trials before the wedding to make sure we had the look we wanted. On the day the team arrived on time and styled bride, mother of bride, nanna and two adult bridesmaids as well as a quick style for the groom! They did a fab job and i always highly recommend them.
I had my hair done by Megan and I’m over the moon with the results. Megan Is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be back. Definitely recommend xx
