Horrific hair cut / shaved 3/4 head to my 12 year old girl. She is left distraught and embarrassed, owner was only worried about their reputation when I complained. Cannot believe anyone would think 12 year old girl would be happy with this ‘pineapple style’ Have to take her to get it done again, dreadful cut, appalling service. Deeply upset daughter which breaks my heart.
