   Visited today for two of us to get haircuts, we were told to return in two hours as they were busy which is understandable, so after two hours traipsing around the shops in the rain we returned only to be told that we've only booked for one person have hair cut, this was a clear cock-up on their part but not even given an apology, anyway we proceeded to go ahead with just one of us having a cut and despite being shown pictures and having it explained exactly what was required they've done a terrible job, nothing like what was asked for and was massively rushed. Worst hairdresser I've ever known of, will not return.

   I wasn’t confident enough to say this in person, I feel that not much thought was put into my hair as the lady cut 2 other lady’s hair in between mine which I don’t think should be allowed, I didn’t feel reassured and don’t think thought was put into my hair. I also now realise the dye wasn’t pigmented so is coming out very quickly so will get done properly elsewhere. I was left with treatment in my hair in the sink for over 20 minutes while someone else’s hair was being cut and was frozen, unprofessional and I wouldn't return.
