   Absolutely terrible customer service in this salon! Had my hair cut by Nicola a couple of times but when it comes to trying to make another appointment its almost impossible to get through to them. I tried phoning no answer. Left a voice message no reply back. I dont expect to be ignored when trying to make an appointment in a hairdressers and have never come across this before. Maybe its because the salon is only open 3 days a week but you just can't get in for an appointment so I would recommend dont bother! Messaged Nicola to ignore my appointment request after waiting 2 days for a reply and unbelievably she messaged me back straight away trying to defend herself! So basically I got a reply promptly on a complaint to the salon but not when it was required! Absolutely terrible management and customer service and wanted to put this out there incase it happens to anyone else!

   I needed a new hairdresser and decided to try local. What a find! You're made to feel valued and welcome in such a friendly atmosphere. Nicola has transformed my hair, listening to my needs, understanding my hair, and advising when needed. My hair is always fabulous when I leave.
