   Very poor service from the manager Neil - he is rude and not very nice to customers, he would benefit from some basic management training and soft skills! Luckily the duty manager Liana saved the day, we appreciate your help Liana.

   Went in today may 4th around 12.45 and was served by a very very efficient,friendly and polite young lady. Sorry didn't get a name but hope you get recognition. It's nice to be treated like customers used to be. Thank you.

   Fed up with this store, all to often arrive to find basics not available. Things like chicken or meats are in plastic lock boxes due I assume shop lifting. But they have so few of them they run out very often. So often have to go somewhere else for the items I can’t get. They need to try something else as used to be fine, have been a customer for years, this method of preventing theft doesn’t work as it means people who want to purchase can’t get food either. Increase staff to populate the lock boxes or get security do you don’t need them!

   Convinent shop that has a wide range of products on sale. Coop do some nice ready meals and I like their bags of frozen fruit which are very good. Service can be a bit mixed. I've asked for a carrier bag before while paying and the older woman behind the till gave me the dirtiest look.

   Shame they have very limited tobacco stuff available in that place. If you are into Heets, then not available there. Wonder how is come some Co-op selling them but not all.

   Large selection of items for a small store. Has hand sanitiser at store entrance. Has plenty of ready meal products for a quick meal or items to make something quickly. Has a reduced item section where you can usually find a bargain. Staff always helpful and talkative. Queues sometimes at tills as store usually busy. Good social distancing measures and distancing in place.

   Good little local shop when you need a couple of items you may have run out of or missed in your main shop. Great selection of wines. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful despite all the good COVID-19 reasons to be very stressed and the store has good two metre floor markings which are usually obeyed by the other shoppers. Speaking of pandemic management they originally had good control of numbers entering when it all began with a 1 in 1 out system which has subsequently been relaxed which means it's best to avoid busy times now as it can get crowded.

   The store is very clean inside and there are a large variety of products on offer. The self-scan tills are lightning fast. This store is clearly specifically tailored for convenience, efficiency and speed.
