   Absolutely shocking. Third time I’ve had issues in last few months. This time I purchased 5 concrete fence posts on a Thursday paid upfront and asked specifically if they would be set aside for me to collect on the following Monday. After being reassured they would be ready was told on Monday when my labourer went to collect that they had been sold and that there were only 3 in stock. I’ve never encountered a company so big yet so disorganised. There was no apology, or care. I needed the for a job on that day so had to settled for 2 slightly shorted posts, which I was told cost the same - which isn’t even true.

   Ordered £200 worth of stuff, soil, compost, seed etc. Waited 3 days. No sign of them, called them, emailed them, called into the store, still couldn't get hold of anyone to tell me where or when I'd get the stuff. A week later, still no sign, still nobody answering the phone or emails. Contacted head office for a refund instead. Dunno what's going on.

   Avoid. Ordered a delivery to my business unit for 2pm delivery on Friday 7th march. Waited til around 2.30pm and called, got transferred to their transport department, no answer. Left a voicemail. Around 2.45pm called back again, and a lady took our name and number and said they would try and find the guy from the transport department. Called again around 3.15, spoke to a guy who transferred me to the transport department again, and no answer. Phoned again around 3.30 and the sales guy took my name and number and said he would get the transport department to contact me. They have no closed for the day, without any contact from them at all. So as of now, Ive had no contact from this company with regards to my order, or when my delivery will be, or if they even are going to bother delivering it. Absolutely disgraceful from any company to be so disorganised and uncooperative with any customer. Will update review if I ever get my order, or ever hear back from them.

   New to the area and first time using Haldane Fisher, Bangor. Highly recommend, prices were excellent, Mark in transport could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. Same for Aaron the delivery driver and the driver who picked up the empty pallet. Will definitely be back.

   When replacing all my internal doors, Haldane had the best solid oak doors that I saw anywhere and to my surprise, were substantially cheaper. I was also able to find the good quality hardware. Even my joiner, when fitting the doors, commented, " Man, they're some doors."

He dedicated his time for me, with such professionalism, to ensure the order and delivery was completed. I left the store thinking " That was the most dedication and personal attention I have ever received, from any sales staff, anywhere." Excellent 5 star rating, all around.
