   Great product, great job. Thank you to Alan who fitted our panels today and Rachel for great comms and keeping us up to date. Alan arrived on time and fitted the panels quickly and without fuss even though our wall was uneven, he even tidied up afterwards.    Faultless professional service. I would definitely use again. I had 6x PAX wardrobes and 6x Bestå units built along with a feature wall done in the living room. Rachel in the office was fantastic, provided me pictures of the panelling options for the feature wall to help match my decor, was very responsive and patient and completely transparent with the quote and costs. Connor came out to fit the feature wall and did a fantastic job, even with me asking stupid questions during! It turned out exactly as I'd envisioned and I'm delighted with it. Liam was one of the best tradespeople I've had work completed by. Am absolute gentleman that built a ton of furniture that was custom spec exactly how I wanted. It was an insanely long day for him but he just knuckled down, no complaints and got it done. I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you all of you.

   I’ve followed FlatpackMan NI for a while and was always impressed by the wardrobe builds. I had a cluttered hallway and needed a solution to maximise shoe storage while keeping it hidden. After getting inspiration from their Instagram, I used the IKEA Pax planner to design a storage unit and sent it, along with photos of my space and examples of their previous work, to Conor for a quote—which was sent promptly. Rachel in the office was helpful and asked for details like my skirting type so they could match it. There was a short wait, which is a good sign of their demand, and Rachel was accommodating when I needed to change the date. Scott carried out the build and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, kept everything clean and tidy, and explained each step. He built the Pax on a timber frame, added matching skirting and an MDF filler to the ceiling for a seamless built-in look. His attention to detail was excellent—filling, sanding, and prepping for a flawless finish. Scott takes pride in his work. He also gave great advice on painting the MDF and even chatted through some future ideas I had. I highly recommend FlatpackMan NI, especially Scott—his workmanship really impressed me.

   Absolutely outstanding service from Flat Pack NI! Conor and Finn were amazing throughout. I had a lot of flat packs that needed assembly, ranging from our good old favourite store to another online ordering platform. From the latter, the instructions were not ideal!! But despite that, the team being proficient in knowing their trade, worked away and got things up exactly where I needed them placed before they left. They cleaned up as they went and was so easy to have around your house which in my opinion is a big thing. They did extra assembly for me that I thought I could do, but couldn’t due to work etc without issue and all in all fantastic guys you can leave in your house with trust, while I did a cardboard tip run and left them alone without hesitation. Thank you Conor and Finn! I will definitely be recommending!!

   previously read a review which read "no creepy vibes" and as a woman I can definitely appreciate this !! I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Connor, he was lovely - very responsive to messages, especially when I was last minute adding on jobs - he was on time, can't fault his work and have already told my husband we're getting Connor back in to build any flat pack furniture.
