   Avoid at all costs! This used to be a law firm I trusted for years, and my family did too. We still have an ongoing case, though I won’t get into specifics out of respect for my cousin, but honestly, the experience has been a total mess. Whenever I’ve had to go into the office, there’s always new staff, which is no surprise when you check their employee reviews online. Glassdoor reviews show it’s a bad law firm, but an even worse employer. The staff clearly don’t like working there and don’t hide it. They’re not shy about letting clients know either. The receptionist who answers the phone is clueless. She can’t tell you when a solicitor will be in, has no updates on your case, and when you ask her anything, all you get is "I’ll make enquiries," which really means she’ll just ask the solicitor sitting next to her who doesn’t want to speak to you and is too busy gossiping. It’s obvious this firm is horribly run. No systems in place, no updates, no client care. I remember sitting in the waiting area for 15 minutes waiting for Shabnam to finish her conversation with one of the admin girls, and I heard one of the solicitors, Roopinder, yelling at a staff member. Completely unacceptable but everyone acted like it was the norm. The only good thing here is Mr. Bassi, who handles police station cases well, gives good advice, doesn’t make you wait and is a top fella, but other than that, I wouldn’t trust anyone at this place. Mr. Lalli is always late for court, won’t answer your calls, and I’ve never once gotten a callback when promised. There are plenty of other local firms that actually care about their clients. Don’t be fooled by these fake 5 star reviews.

   Thank you, Mr Lalli. Mr Lalli recently represented me in a case, and I must admit he was absolutely brilliant. He kept me reassured and explained the steps in the process. His knowledge of the legal system was priceless, and he used it to get the outcome I wanted which was the best possible outcome for my case. He understands how daunting and intimidating these situations can be and he reassured me every step of the way. I would have no problem recommending Mr Lalli to anyone that requires legal help.
