   They have a lot of useful items, though I have been advised that other merchants are more cost effective. Staff on the counter are generally very helpful and good fun.

   For price and for the bulky stuff 8 out of 10, for customer service 5 out of 5, it's a hit and miss. You can find the guys on the yard on a good day and they are nice enough any other time they serve you with gritted teeth. Inside on the desk, there is a very nice lady, quick and friendly service but there is a guy who is only nice to the, let say "regulars" otherwise he would ask you "what do you want" instead of "what can I help you with" . They guy shouldn't be in customer service in my opinion.

   Went in first thing looking advice on wood for a gate I am building and was offered great help choosing the right wood and bolts based on my drawing. Everything was delivered within about 3 hours. The delivery driver was also great getting it delivered in a very awkward space. Also much cheaper than I thought it would end up being all in all. Can't fault it. Great service.
