   I can’t recommend Terry enough! He recently fitted a new bathroom for me and did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was done to a really high standard, on time, and he made sure to clean up properly afterwards. My biggest praise for Terry was when I phoned him cause my sister had an emergency when her toilet pipe broke late in the evening. Terry came out last minute, sorted the problem quickly, and made sure she wasn’t left stuck which shows what type of guy he is. Honestly no one better to use!

   Fixed the boiler but didn't plug back the black boiler flue pipe that exhaust water so I ended up with boiler leaking water which ruined my kitchen ceiling. I was away for couple of months and was surprised when I came back seeing stains everywhere in my kitchen and the reason was the boiler. Post Review: The company called me after posting this review and It's really shame that the company accused me of causing this myself by attempting to fix the boiler again by myself. So Not just they didn't do their job properly first-time but also dare to accuse me of doing it by myself. By common sense, If the problem happened again wouldn't it be easier for me to call this company to fix it again, since they I've already paid them to fix it first-time, or at-least tell me how to do that. Also I don't have the tools to open the boiler case/cover. They insists that its me who did it myself after swearing to them that I didn't touch the boiler since he fixed it in Dec and can prove them that I've been away for long holiday since January and just returned home in mid-March.

   Terry was my night in shining armour. I came home late from and found my boiler wasn't firing and the house was freezing! After trying a few things myself with no success I messaged Terry at 11pm thinking he might reply in the morning. He was so prompt replying within minutes and was out to me by 1am and had everything sorted within minutes! So grateful and would definitely use him again!

   Our boiler stopped working and Heating solutions NI turned our nightmare into a hassle free experience. They were back the next day after a 9pm call out. We were giving the option to replace or repair the boiler and chose to replace given the age of the boiler and multiple breakdowns beforehand. Service was 1st class, the price was fair and his workmanship was 2nd to none. Our new boiler seems much quieter and more efficient than the last and we are glad we chose Heating Solutions NI.    We've just moved into a new house and had a few different tradespeople in for various jobs. I don't normally leave reviews myself, but Terry was so great that I feel like it's the least I can do. I called up to have my boiler serviced. Terry came down on time, super lovely chap. Not only did he do a great job with the boiler, but he also gave me lots of advice on other heating queries I had about my house. Also, when it transpired that there had been a bit of miscommunication about the quoted price on the phone not being inclusive of VAT, Terry immediately honored the exVAT price with no fuss at all which I really appreciated. After all the other tradespeople we've had in, Terry was a real breath of fresh air. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service goes a long way, and I'll probably always be calling up these guys from now on, cheers Terry!
