We feel very let down and disappointed by the service we received at Kris Turnbull Studios (KTS). We experienced a litany of delays and setbacks in relation to items that we had ordered for our living room project in January 2023 and which still had not been received some 10 months later. We found KTS unwilling to take any accountability, blaming their suppliers, transport companies, the weather and even fate. In November 2023 we decided to part company with KTS and requested that we be refunded for the items not received. At this point their attitude towards us completely changed. We were told during a particularly upsetting phone call that “in the grand scheme of life 10 months is not that long” and that “your living room will now be left unfinished just like the rest of your home”. We have been working on a full renovation of our victorian villa and are now decorating room by room as budget allows so we felt this comment was particularly nasty and just uncalled for. We also experienced issues with sales invoices being more than the initial quotation. Invoices were also frequently incorrect with items being charged twice and credits not being applied for items returned or not received. KTS did give us a refund in December 2023 but this did not include the related shipping costs which were significant. We had to go back to them to correct this which they did. We were impressed by the KTS showroom and their designs but ultimately very disappointed by their service and attitude.
