    waited 10 minutes at an empty counter. noticed the phone was off the hook as well. when some one eventually served me he told me to hurry to the yard as they were about to go on their tea break. i was too late.spoke to one guy who said i needed to see someone else but also took time to tell me i needed to hurry as the tea break was imminent. everyone goes on the tea break at exactly the same time. seriously. no wonder i was the only customer there if this is how they do business. if you're gonna use this terrible company beware the tea break.
