Poor service. Ordered long latches on their advice from this company which were not suitable for my house. Then tried to return to be told that they wouldn't refund them. Eventually offered a refund with a handling charged of 30% of the value of the order plus a postage cost of £ 20 plus VAT. Will avoid using this company in the future.
