   Our overall experience with Make Kitchens has been fantastic, from start to finish. Excellent quality, a design, which we changed more than twice, choice of hardware amazing! Michael was so courteous, it was believe it or not, an enjoyable experience in Boucher Road, one where Michael made us feel right at home, nothing was too much trouble. Then our Carpenter Andrew and his phenomenal team which ex sister of plasterers , joiners, electricians and plumber tan so smoothly, we’re so tidy and worked wonderfully as a team. The overall finish is excellent and we highly recommend Make Kitchens to all those beginning a new journey, which can be daunting choosing a new kitchen but a decision we have not regretted. Thank you to everyone who helped make our dream come true of a spectacular kitchen and herringbone flooring, still cannot stop smiling! .

   I have no hesitation in recommending Make Kitchens. Nigel was very helpful with the design and Gary the fitter was excellent. He worked steadily and had the job almost completed in three days. That included taking out the old kitchen and disposing of rubbish etc. The job is of the highest standard and I am so pleased.

   We called in to look at kitchen colours as the supplier for our new build home doesn't have a showroom, and we knew that Make Kitchens were a stockist. The staff were so accommodating and one gentleman (I didn't get his name unfortunately) took the time to talk through options and offer advice, which we really weren't expecting anyone to do. Superb customer service and a brilliantly laid out showroom with all options on display. Would highly recommend.

   Great experience with Make Kitchens. Kitchen was to a high standard. Prompt delivery and good communication throughout. They were able to solve a problem caused due to the dimensions of the extension I was having built changing by a few centimetres which meant the original order I was due to receive the following week would no longer have fit. Michael was able to find a solution to change one door which solved the issue and avoided charging me anything extra. Couldn't be happier

   Kitchen installer Joe was fantastic - Make customer service is appalling. Issues with granite worktop installation which Make said would take 2 weeks ran into four weeks - Make made no attempt to take any responsibility to remedy the situation. Later had an issue with regard to obtaining some paint to touch up minor damage to one of the units. Paid £15 ( other kitchen providers supply this FOC ) and were told that it would be posted out. Three weeks later and nothing arrived - contacted Make who said it was in the showroom - at no stage did they contact us to state that it was in the showroom - we would still be waiting on the paint if we had not contacted them. They then said that we would have to collect it from the showroom - they eventually agreed to post it out only to later state that the Post Office would not accept the parcel!! It appears that once Make receive their payment they do not care about customer satisfaction - we had no worktops for three weeks and no short term solution was offered by Make. Then the paint fiasco!! They need to up their game in this regard - certainly would advise any potential customers to withhold some funds until work is completed to their satisfaction.

   This review is to thank Gary Tomalty and his team for a very professional job - he took out our old kitchen, and installed the new one to perfection. All the work was exceptional! The old kitchen and rubbish was removed without disruption - the place was left spotless. The work was seamless and professional. Everything was completed without fuss, speedily, and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Gary - his workmanship is excellent!
