   Never go to law tech solicitors they will take your money but not do the job you will end up paying extra money to law tech then you would off if you went to a different solicitor. They never answer your phone call and miss appointments making same excuse I had a hospital appointment I had an operation their office on Birmingham Road I'd closed now but if they were to reopen In a different location plz don't go to them you will get robbed from Mr Mohammad Iyaz I took all the paperwork of Mr iyaz I did the rest myself which was the right decision I got a reply from the court if it was with Mr iyaz I would of been still in the same position, I will advise everyone who have cases pending with him either you go to another solicitor or do it yourself

   Few weeks back I went over there and met Br. Asif to get some information about few visas categories. He explained in details of every tiny information about which I wanted. Staff is very cooperative. Office is neat and clean. There's a rear car parking is available.I strongly recommend to every who wants to get valuable information about visas should try them.

   We would not recommend this "law firm", even if they were the only ones left on this earth and here are the numerous reasons as to why this is the case: 1. Mohammed Iyaz was highly unprofessional and did not hand in my husband and I's evidence to the court, so it made us look severely bad in the eyes of the court and to the opposition's counsel, despite the fact that said evidence had been given to Mohammed Iyaz in person, and in record time at that. 2. Mohammed Iyaz would say one thing to us over the phone/to our faces, and would then proceed to state the complete opposite to what we had agreed to and what had discussed over the phone/to our faces. 3. Mohammed Iyaz had us agree to sign a tomlin order, which was supposed to help us get rehoused with the council, and when we tried to use this paperwork at the council, said establishment proceeded to fail to recognise this paperwork and would not assist us with getting rehoused, and Mohammed Iyaz did not assist us in a satisfactory manner, in regards to telling the council straight and making something stick, with getting us rehoused. 4. Mohammed Iyaz would even sometimes make an appointment for us to see him, and then he would either turn up late, or not even turn up at all, and he would even state that we didn't have an appointment with him, when we would have organized this prior over the phone, with one of his secretaries. 5. Mohammed Iyaz would also make us deliver paperwork in regards to our case, to the court, when that was supposed to be his job, which then rendered our statement not being delivered to the court, which in turn, rendered us to lose and be made homeless, as our former landlord was falsely claiming that he was owed tens of thousands of pounds. 6. Mohammed Iyaz was also ableist, as he stated that there was no such situation as someone being a dependent adult and he refused to listen to anyone in regards to this, when he knows nothing of the sort and would not even consider any of the information that was being told and put to him. 7. And most importantly, Mohammed Iyaz refused to represent us in our last court hearing, as he said that he more important things to deal with, which rendered in us losing our case and being made homeless and it went down on our Cannock Chase Council housing account that we had made ourselves intentionally homeless, when this was not the case, and this all happened, all because Mohammed Iyaz refused to represent us on our last day of court, due to gross negligence and bad counsel. To summarize, we would suggest that anyone looking for professional and diligent counsel, search elsewhere, as you will not find it here, as your names and reputations will be in tatters, when it comes to court and getting the right thing done for yourself and/or your family, as his firm will leave you in the lurch, rendering you and/or your family having to attempt (and fail) to fight for yourself on the day, as no one can win with such unprofessionalism being offered to the general public!    Upon recommendations of friends and family, I visited Lawtec for transferring the ownership of a property. Gulfraz was polite and professional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any housing related needs.
