Just popped in to ask for help with my new rook which I got it done yesterday at a different place in Notts. Unfortunately the bottom ball part fell out. Didn’t wan to go back sooo Alex helped me to get it sorted! Very lovely and soooo skilled! Genuinely grateful! Will absolutely come back for next one ! Thank you soo sooo much !

Highly recommend this place for nose piercing. The lady has been so helpful and patience with myself and mother in law who had previously had problem with having her nose peirced somewhere else. The lady was very patient and kind to her when she had a manic attack and nearly changed her mind just as it was about to be done. . Ide really recommend anyone who wants piercings there. Great aftercare advice given too. I have always had issues with granuloma scars after piercing but I've had great advice on how to deal with them. Thank you
I always go to her when I need a piercing change. Always really gentle and great pricing. I went and brought two clear studs from her today and she gave me some wipes to clean them with. I would never ever trust anyone else with my piercings but her

The people here are so kind and considerate, making sure you’re okay with everything. I had a bad reaction to a piercing due to no fault on their part, but they made sure I was alright with a lollipop and some water at the ready. Truly an amazing service.
The people that work there are so lovely and welcoming. The lady who did my piercing was really gentle and gave great advice! She also encourages coming back if you have any questions or need a piercing quickly looked at. Amazing service!
