What a lovely store & the 2 lady assistants were soo friendly. Both were busy serving customers when I entered & ELLA, who looked after me, was soo apologetic for keeping me. Didn't mind at all & she was soo helpful with suggestions on my Nominations purchase. Soo nice to have true customer service & fairly local too.
First time in Grace & Co and what a gorgeous shop. Was considering a nomination bracelet and Cheryl delivered the goods, explained everything about it, showed me how to add and take away links and clean. The selection of charms were plentiful and will definitely use Grace & Co to add some more. Great value for money and excellent customer service from Cheryl.

I came in for help mending a gold necklace after being told from the jewellers down the road that it would cost £65 as it needed a new clasp as the spring was broken Rose looked at it and said the spring has not broken it doesn’t need a new clasp I will fix the old one for you FOR FREE! Absolutely stunning service would definitely recommend this jewellers Head and shoulders better service than any other I’ve visited Will definitely return to get some nomination charms The ladies in this place were really friendly and informative Thank you!!
Great shop, lovely ladies. Have been in a few times recently and received an excellent service every time. Rose is especially helpful when advising on charms for Pandora and Nomination and nothing is ever too much bother. An absolute gem for Beeston and saves a trip into town!
I visited the High Road Beeston branch and was greeted by Rose. She immediately asked me how I was, and what was I looking for. She came across so warm and polite and help me with my purchases and also listened to a few of my problems. I've been looking for the right St Christopher pendant for a while and after buying one that was too small for me Rose went out of her way to source the correct sized pendant and ensured I was happy with it. She kept me in the loop at every stage of the process This has given me the utmost confidence in dealing with Grace & Co again, therefore I would highly recommend this shop. I went into Grace & Co last week and I was served by a young girl with blonde hair and she was super helpful. I was looking for a gift for a friend. Nothing was too much trouble and she showed me lots of items of jewellery in my budget. There was another lady in the shop too and she was also really helpful. Because of my fab experience from the week before I went into Grace & Co today. I finally choose my friends birthday present (bracelet) and I also treated myself to some hoops and star studs. Again the ladies were super helpful, and welcoming and they were so kind to my little boy by showing him the nomination bracelet and charms he could have on the bracelet as he really wants one for Christmas. I will definitely be back soon as I will continue to purchase from Grace & Co. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience :-) X
