   Freezing cold we got ill because it was so cold. Ordered a tea cake and toastie and the tea cake was stone cold never had that before. A lot of children in the toddler area for under 4s clearly primary school age. Toilets freezing, water cold and only one out of 4 toilets had a bin. Not family friendly we were considering booking a birthday party but wouldn’t book here again really disappointed.

   Disappointed by my visit today with my baby who is very active and can crawl/ climb. The baby section does not offer much for babies to do and costs £4.75!! Also, older children keep coming into the baby section and the staff do nothing. Really not at all worth it for babies.

   I've deleted a previous review as it was a 1 star and from many years ago. Came on the weekend. All of the girls behind the counter were lovely, very friendly, and seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs! The soft play is clean, well kept and a nice vibe. It would be good to have some tables down the right hand side if they fit, just so that parents can keep an eye on their children in the bigger bit. But other than that, I'll be coming more often now it's clearly improved!

   Great for a young child's party, although I don't like that some parts are tucked away. Also the party table needs to be pulled out more and maybe more jugs of drink? There's 2 but parents get in the way, all the kids want a drink and there a bit of a scramble to get your kids anything, which means parents in the way of other trying to sort their kid.

   Great soft play for under 5s. But recently made even better with the ONLY 1 around Nottingham to have a NEW ROLE PLAY area. My 2yr old can not get enough of it.

   Great soft play! Heard a lot about the increase in price but I reckon it’s great for what you get. It’s all cleanly and bright, accommodates for all ages, spacious, wonderful and polite staff, great menu selection and quality and the slots to book online ensure it’s not overrun! Couldn’t recommend more!

   It's the 1st time we've been since it's been renovated. Tumble town looks much better clean, fresh and friendly staff. Thank you to the lady in the picture who went above and beyond for my 6-year-old son who has Autism. She was so understanding of his needs it makes our life easier and meltdown free. Thank you again the only criticism is the website.& wrap up it's freezing inside especially if your not running around with the kids. Next time ill know to book on line!!!! Thank you once again xx

   Enjoyed our visit. New layout is much better and gives a nice seating area. Kids had a great time. They both enjoyed the kids lunch boxes- glad to see healthier options available. The place is very clean. Toilets and baby change very clean. We are impressed with the improvements they’ve made and will be back.

   We visited here today with my child and niece. On arrival we were very impressed with the new flooring however that was the only thing we were impressed with. The place was absolutely freezing and we were sat in the baby area which supposidly is warmer than the other areas. The prices are extortionate. They also informed us that they didn't sell chips anymore as they smell when cooking. We purchased sausage rolls and the children hardly touched them so we asked for something to take them home in, a lovely young lady gave us 2 cardboard boxes and within 60 seconds the older lady came over and took them off us and was quite rude about them. She offered to wrap them in cling film but the children were going to eat them in the car so we politely declined. Who wants their kid playing with cling film. We will not be vising here again and if I was the young worker I would find a better place to work with a better boss. I can see your reply just tries to justify your bad behaviour. I will make sure I share this with my friends and family so they don't waste their hard earned cash.
