   Used these for a purchase that feel through. Still had to pay over £1200. Didn't offer any discount or discount on another property. Since then I have purchased a property with another firm which offer No completion No fee ! (only searches you pay upfront). Very diaspointed in service.

   Using Avery Knight Solicitors has been an absolute nightmare from the very beginning. They have had my file, searches and all other requested documents since April 2021 and have yet to sort anything out. I have been consistently fobbed off repeatedly by Bob Claire. One of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Promises the world and delivers nothing. As a result of there incompetence we have nearly lost a deal and cannot stress enough to use a different solicitor. Poor service, strongly advise to take your business elsewhere.

   Avery Knights handled my sale and purchase and I was very impressed with how it was all handled, especially a pleasure to deal with Harminder Bahia who was friendly and approachable but remained professional, nothing was too much trouble and I was kept in the loop through out, was great to be able to contact him on his mobile which made everything easier. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
