   Used this company a few times usually ok sometimes late and arrogant but usually just dismiss it as I've got bigger things to worry about however this morning was appalling asked over the phone if the man could wait while i grabbed medication from chemist only to come out be spoke to with severe attitude then to drive above the limit while my 4yr old daughter was unseatbelted as the seat belts in the back was trapped told him several times to then be greeted with the double bill for taking to long in chemist although previously discussed waiting 5 mins over the phone and was told it was OK lost a customer I have just been diagnosed with kidney cancer I was picking up my sons type 1 diabeteic prescription and last thing I needed was that. Maybe in future think how your customers can be going threw things you don't know about actually cried when I got out the taxi also for people who speak about god maybe put it into practice what you preach

   Worst experience he was 15 mins late, so we decided to walk away and get a bus then the taxi driver rang saying he was outside the school yet he wasnt when we were there. My bf decided to walk up a bit we finally saw him got in. He decided to drive us to near the wrong adress. We said no its the wrong one when we finally got to my street he was like thats 18 pounds since you took me to wrong place. I said no its 16 he was like ok you pay me 16 then after that my bf helped me with our son. He got back in the taxi to go back home on way back he was really rude didnt say nothing seemed angry so I wouldn't suggest this taxi company as they are not that pleasant.

   Absolutely shocking service this morning. Driver kept calling saying he was outside and clearly wasn't. Use to recommend to friends and work colleagues but certainly won't be doing so in the future.

   Brownhills Cars failed to turn up for our airport transfer to Manchester- despite confirming the evening before. They rang at 6.55am and told us that they were going to be 10 mins late (pick up was 7am). Rang several times as still did not turn up and was told they were getting a mini bus from Walsall and would be with us at 8am. At 8am, we phoned to ask for the tracking and was told they had not even left Walsall! Totally unreliable service. We would never use them again.

   Appalling Service – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely disgraceful service. After our meal, the restaurant kindly booked us a taxi and assured us it was on its way. After 10 minutes of waiting outside, we called to check, only to be abruptly told it would be another 5 minutes before they hung up. When my husband called back after another 5 minutes, they rudely told him to be patient, accused him of calling every minute, and hung up again. Another 5 minutes passed, and still no taxi. Even the restaurant staff were frustrated, as they had ordered it over 20 minutes ago, yet it never arrived. In the end, the restaurant owner kindly drove us home. This taxi service is beyond unacceptable—rude on the phone, completely unreliable, and indifferent to leaving passengers stranded. Imagine if this had been a vulnerable person waiting in the cold, only to be treated so appallingly. Their attitude is disgusting, and they don’t deserve any customers. I will NEVER use them again.

   Booked a taxi told me it was a wait of 25-30 mins which was acceptable to me. Waited 50 mins to then phone and be told that the driver had only been dispatched. As a result of this I missed a doctors appointment which was urgent. But quick enough to take the money out of my account to pay for the journey

   Booked a taxi for 5 people from brownhills to summer lane Birmingham, never asked the price before hand but on arrival the cost was £65 for a 11 mile journey, I know prices have increased but this is well over a sensible charge . Been using this company for a few years now but never again . Be warned guys

   Most of the time you’ll get where you need to go with lovely drivers and bang on time. Recently, I’ve been taken to work late and missed appointments I’ve really needed because the drivers have been over 20+ mins late, this isn’t acceptable when I prebook my taxis way in advance. It’s very frustrating!!!!
