   What a fantastic shop. We went in to ask for advice about moving from traditional smoking to vaping - we had been using disposable vapes but were concerned about the lack of recycling and the poor quality of these items. James immediately dropped everything and spent a long time talking us through all the different options. James was knowledgeable, friendly and witty and really cared about getting the best experience for us. He talked through all the vaping types and demonstrated how each system worked. We felt that James really understood our needs and walked away with exactly what we needed. We will use the shop from now on. A remarkable little business with a real customer care focus.

   Don’t normally write reviews but I Went in on the 10/11/2023 to get a new vape charger but left with a new vape! a gentleman was behind the vape counter very helpful and showed me the best ones to use, set it up for me so it was ready to go! Very nice man and easy to approach, recommend this shop 100%. Won’t be going anywhere else for vape juice etc other than here! Thankyou again.

   First time visiting the store! I brought in couple of my old devices and was greeted by Tom the available sales advisor. To sum up Tom gave professional honest advise which led to getting my device back up and running again. Big thumbs up to the store, great customer experience and fantastic company ethos! Easy 5 star from me!

   Really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Excellent service and advice, and it was great to be able to try stuff and be covid safe. The stock of hardware was a bit limited, but still well worthy of five stars.

   The guy at the shop in Barrow is really friendly. When I went in there when my vape broke, he checked it for me to see if it was repairable first. I ended up having to buy a new vape and he swapped one of the coils in the starter kit to the one I preferred (so I then had 2 that I liked). Really great customer service.
