Definitely gone downhill, overpriced and just not clean. £19 for one adult, 8 and 1 year old is silly especially since the place is not clean; specifically the under 4 area and there’s hardly any toys in there (majority are broken and dirty) how hard would it be to go round after the day is done and antibac wipe them down I don’t know.

We recently visited Escape Play in Giltbrook with my son and had a great time overall. The soft play itself is brilliant. Loads of different areas and activities, and plenty to keep kids busy and happy for a good while. A special shout-out to two members of staff, Ellie and Anisha. They were consistently kind, smiling, and genuinely attentive to customers. You can tell when people actually care about what they’re doing, and they absolutely do. They made the experience even better. The only downside is the way coins are handled. There’s no change machine, and coins are provided as cashback at the till. Because of limited coin availability, this is usually restricted to £5 per person. When many of the machines require coins and a child can easily use much more than that in a single session, it can become unnecessarily stressful. This feels like something that could be improved with better planning and availability from management. Aside from that, it’s a great venue and we’ll definitely be returning. With the coin situation sorted, it would be close to perfect.

Absolutely horrific for under 1s. Broken, dirty toys and play equipment from 20+ years ago. Baby areas full of older children climbing on and breaking toys/baby swings. Staff uninterested and say they aren't there to monitor children or their activities. Save your money. It's a joke. Cafe is overpriced. Now I know why it was almost empty on a Saturday morning. Grim.

We visited on Sunday in the afternoon. The girl on the desk was lovely, very smiley and approachable. One of the girls in the cafe was quite sharp and abrupt when I asked if we could pay to use the electric cars. It's almost as though she was ready for me to have a fight with her about the fact that the batteries had run out and the children couldn't use them. I couldn't care less, it saved me some money! But she was definitely ready for something! It's a great little play area, although at the very top it wobbles and definitely made me feel a little bit uneasy. Especially when it's only held up by scaffolding. The coffee was terrible, but there's lots to do and it wasn't very busy!

Fit for purpose soft play. Staff nice enough if slightly under staffed on this Monday. Go karts were not operating due to said shortage of staff. Entry price acceptable for location Cafe prices reasonable but it's older coffee machines that use powdered milk not proper steamed milk that ends up in your latte Didn't order food as you can get cheaper n healthier elsewhere ******"Update from second visit******* After speaking to staff before arriving the go carts were able to be run and they are a cracking bit of fun. Even tried the menu and the kids meals are value for money and the adult meal was nice enough ######### THIRD VISIT ########### As usual good value soft play just outside Nottingham. Clean even though some of the movable soft play elements are starting to show their age. More than happy to run the kiddy karts for the little one. Still not the best hot drinks but the skin on fries were lovely. A little bit quieter than I expected for a bank holiday weekend. As always will come again.

This actually is rather quite good if you need some time to yourself and the children need to burn some energy. Prices were also good main seating in the middle with activities to either sides the have a small café at rear, where you can grab a coffee. The staff were friendly and polite. The carpark was smaller than expected, but a short walk from the retail park with a very large carpark.

Recently had a kid’s 5th birthday here, can’t praise them highly enough. Well organised and staff went out of their way to attend to our requests. Great environment for kids, also very clean. Polite and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Clean, tidy, nice toilets, a range of food and drink options, fair price to enter and lots for the kids to do. Lost the last star for having the 2hr limit. Place was empty but still wanted more money to stay. Just money grabbing in my opinion. Won't go there again for that reason.

It's 'ok' but could be improved on so much. Staff seem like they can't be arsed and even though they seemed to be well staffed the front desk lady kept leaving to go into the back, which ment parents and children waiting at the reception for ages for her to return. The under 4 soft play area was good, apart from the toddler section on the side which was full of ripped books, toys with no batteries (which was sad watching my daughter try play with a piano that made no sound) and also a play kitchen with one pan, honesty why provide a play kitchen If you're not going to give food and utensils for kids to play with ?? Overall I won't be returning in a hurry especially not at the price point either

Such a fantastic play area! Go karts for a pound and you get quite a while on them! Decent food and drinks at affordable prices - not like some play areas that just over charge you for a coffee! Big play area over 3 levels for over 5s and a little area for under 4s. There's a sports area at the top with footballs and basketball nets/courts. It's brill!
