   Very disappointing. Staff all wearing pyjamas - why is this acceptable? Building is cold so had to sit with coats on. Ordered food and hot drinks. Tea was more like warm milk - pizza was burnt and the chicken nuggets were cold inside. To top it off there’s a cage with huge smelly parrots that squawk constantly and you can’t hear yourself think. Would not recommend - much nicer soft play options to choose from.

   We're from the other side of Nottingham but always choose to come to this soft play, atmosphere is great, food is nice and staff are lovely. My kids also love seeing and talking to the parrots.

   My grandsons love spending Sunday afternoons at Cyril’s Soft Play! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great for children of all ages. The boys especially enjoyed seeing the macaw parrots, which made the visit even more special. A lovely, family-friendly place to spend a few hours.

   Had a good time here today with my 2 year old. Quiet in the afternoon and during term time. Lots of things for children to play. Huge soft play area. Other ride on cars available for £1. Taken him to a few soft play centres now and this one is the cleanest in my opinion. Definitely will return and recommmed. 10/10

   Visited today with my 1 year old and we had the best time. The new baby room upstairs is fantastic! So many different toys for my son to play with including a ball pit, multiple sensory items, rocking horses, a tunnel and a little area with pillows in a teepee which we used for reading. We were lucky enough to be the only ones using the area as it was a Monday lunch time but I can imagine that even when it’s a little busier it will be just a good as it’s such a good sized room! Lunch was lovely as always too. Thank you all!

   What an amazing place! Got invited for a friends 40th birthday party. I had never heard of the place, as I don't live near, but will definitely be making a journey to return again. Nice hot fresh flavoured food, and a good bar, all at a really good price

   So me and my 4 and 1.5 year old went to their Halloween party and OMG it was brilliant!! There was games and trick or treat stations and the staff were just amazing! Couldn’t fault the place but we’ve always had a lovely experience whenever we’ve been especially now it’s under new ownership. Nothing is too much trouble!

   Definitely improved with the new owners! We went as a group with babies and the sensory/baby rooms are great. Food was basic and nice enough. Did not cater for allergies at all though - no dairy free milk or spreads. I think in these times, this is a basic requirement as many people are vegan and many children have dairy allergies/intolerance. The child soft play looked great fun too, small and probably most suited to under 5s but lots to do. My main issue was is was FREEZING! No heating at all in the baby rooms and just a big blower by the front door for the rest of the place, which was blowing warm-ish air. I do think £4.50 is a little steep for babies as similar places around offer reduced prices (e.g.escape is £1). All in all, a good few hrs out.
