   I had a virtual dance party with Jo for my virtual hen do. It was such an amazing and fun experience. Could feel Jo’s positive energy even through the screen, making our event very special and memorable. Even those ladies who were a bit sceptical about having party online absolutely loved it and said that dance party was the best part. Moves were easy to follow, and we also had short breaks filled with fun quizzes and laughter. Highly recommend.

   If you find exercising boring, give Kitchen Dancing a try instead. Jo makes it lots of fun. She is so full of energy and enthusiasm, it's infectious. The music ranges from swinging 60's, disco 70's, new wave 80's to techno 90's. Since March, Jo has had to hold her classes online, which she has done with even more energy and enthusiasm! She has transformed a room into the Disco Den, and it certainly lives up to it's name!
