Great shop that is handy to park at. Bigger than expected, good range of products & decent prices.

I visit this shop very occasionally as they have a Czech and Slovakian section. A few times I came across very friendly shop assistants in meats. But the girls behind the tills are so unfriendly that made my shopping experience super unpleasant. Hope I won't need to visit this shop for another long long time.

Never been mistreated once, always been treated with kindness, no idea what anyones on about, i am not polish, i was tired one day and gave KG instead of pounds and they figured it out, and reacted with kindness, Brilliant produce, its expensive sometimes but its fair given the imports and quality stuff they source and make, its not "Overpriced" there is a very steep cost to importing and considering meats are impressive for the money

Adore this place. Amazing selection, products are always super fresh, my Polish is very limited but the store has always been easy to navigate and staff are super friendly regardless.

It has sauerkraut, pickles and smoked mackerel! And also cottage cheese, cherry, lard. Great place!

Over priced products with a poor selection and even worse choice of dates on stuff. The staff are the worst I've ever come across in any store I've been in anywhere in the world. They are unfriendly, rude unhelpful and just nasty. If there was somewhere else near by I could get my polish products (Tesco has some stuff but not everything we need) I would because I absolutely hate going here. **UPDATE** I have actually found a great wee shop in Newtownards town centre that sells all polish and other European foods which is much cheaper (most products nearly half what polita charges) with great customer service. It's a pleasure to go here unlike polita!

Not the best experience... Have been shopping in this store for over a year (for small amounts, but twice a week). Time to time brought my bicycle into the store as there is no place in front of the shop to lock your bike. New store manager - with new rules, started explaining me today, that I can't bring my bike inside! SO FROM TODAY, THIS SHOP IS CLOSED FOR ME, UNTIL I SEE CHANGES TOWARDS CYCLISTS. Once a week I drive from Belfast to Newtownards (Bravo) to purchase what I don't find here and nothing stops me purchasing the rest, if do my shopping in Bravo as they have a better choice even! I see from other reviews, that shop does not even respond to disappointed clients, but this is not what I expect! Just want to ask a rhetorical question: What is more expensive: To paint 3sq meters wall once a year or loose a client who brings up-to 1000 pound a year? I should comfort you! My table will remain same same as before! Warm regards.
