   Great shopping experience at Lidl Connswater! The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff are helpful and friendly, and checkout is usually quick and efficient. They always have fresh produce, great weekly deals, and a wide selection of essentials at really good prices. One of the best budget-friendly supermarkets in the area — highly recommended!

   Had a brilliant experience at the Connswater branch Belfast today. I purchased x2 mattress and one of the staff was extremely helpful. When I asked for assistance he used the heavy goods lifting device and accompanied me through the pay desk and out to my car where he lifted both items into my car. Can't thank you enough. Didn't get his name unfortunately.... He had a beard!!!! Should be the employee of the month in my opinion!!!!

   Clean and tidy store with keen prices. I used to like visiting the store to browse the special buys but, now, if I want to leave without buying anything I have squeeze past shoppers at the checkout or wait for someone with a receipt to open the barrier exit from the self checkout area.

   Just a thank you to the staff member gavin who went above and beyond to help when someone hit my car in the carpark. Unfortunately nothing could be done but regardless he really put in alot of effort to help and I really appreciated it. Wouldn’t get that in every store!

   Items are always sold out or poor quality compared to other Lidl locations in Belfast. Carts are dirty and need a good wipe. Cashiers are careless and sometimes scan something from the person behind you in line with your shop. Lots of room for improvement at this location.

   When I first walked in I thought "There's no way they are both big on quality and Lidl on price" then I looked at one of the donuts they had and was shocked to see they were only 35p. I ended up buying one and again thought to myself "There's no way they are both big on quality and Lidl on price" but after I took a bite out of it I was blown away at how good it was, I thought about how stupid I was to believe "There's no way they are both big on quality and Lidl on price" After that my life has never been the same I have now joined the cult of Lidl.

   I bought only 1 garlic pack but they counted me as 12. After going to the store they returned my money immediately, so professional. A lot of cheap and fresh food here. I shop here frequently.

   Yano what I find so frustrating about Lidl is 80% of the time I visit one of your stores, I'm waiting in line at the cashier longer than I was in the store! Your cashiers are so slow, get self checkout machines please!

   More or less the same as all big stores. Less likely to get individual customer service as the stores are run with minimum staff. And their staff objective is primarily to stock the shelves and operate the tills. Selection of own brand products is good on price and quality. The "big" UK retailers undercut Lidl with branded special offers.
