    Outstanding shop. It may be a bit smaller than the other stores but it makes up for it in the quality of the staff. Great stuff.

    Ordered express delivery and it's now 2 hours late. Frozen food binned. Paid 8.50 for it to be same day. Shocking service. Stay clear use any other supermarkets stay away from asda terrible service.

    I've done click and collect for the third and final time. First 2 were wrong, this last one was a joke. 4 out of just 5 items I ordered weren't available. Why oh why isn't their system correct? It can't be that hard. I was in the store the evening before and the items weren't there so I ordered online thinking they must get them in overnight since I can order them online, but no. An absolute waste of a drive. Poor young guy working at the collection area was getting grief all round from what I could see, so I wasn't the only one fed up with the service. Won't be doing it every again. Also, the inconsistenty of stock is infuriating. One week it's there the next it's not. Stock piled up blocking the shelves and price changes that make no sense. Was making a query at the counter that sells cigarettes the day before my online order and half way through the staff member looks over my shoulder, starts talking to someone else, helps them, then just looked back at me to continue my query!! It's not even bad staff training, it's basic manners! The only thing that's good in this disaster of a store is that there are a couple of lovely staff in the main tills who are chatty and pleasant. I don't want to shop in Tesco but now I'm going to have to.

    I go in here to check out the free from range both on the aisle and freezer. I just stood yesterday again in disbelief at how shambolic the Free From products were in the freezer. No attempt at separating the products...all just thrown in a heap....even if there are not many products, surely to arrange them neatly for the customer is appropriate. It looked like some shambolic bargain bin. The aisle products had vegetarian products mixed in but not gluten free. Someone being Coeliac or gluten intolerant is no laugh and if these products are picked up as gluten free its a health hazard . Come on Asda...you can do better!...surely?

    I am recovering from a broken leg so have been ordering from asda through just eat. While the delivery service has been a god send to me unfortunately asda service has not been. Every single time there are always items missing from my order. I haven't received one yet with my full order. Very disappointing. Just eat have refunded them but its a major hassle since I can't get about very well

    Online delivery was cancelled without notification. I discovered this when I happened to check a previous email and tracked my delivery. I was informed by customer service that delivery was attempted by an outside delivery company. I did not receive any phonecall or notification that this delivery had been attempted and therefore it was cancelled. What sort of service is this? I'm horrified. Also, I will not be refunded for 3-4 working days which will leave me almost Β£100 out of pocket until then. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

    Do not go to this store if you want fresh produce. Over the course of the last 2 weeks I’ve been in to purchase avocados, onions, coconuts, and mangos. Every single time I’ve gone in this store, I’ve picked up molded produce. Where I am making my dinner and have to throw every single produce I’ve bought in the trash. Today I decided to crack my coconut open and that just so happened to be molded too. Even when I am picking through the produce, there’s no fresh options.

    Have just tried to purchase a basket of goods,(2pm Sunday 18 December) store is very busy, I joined a queue for self serve and waited, I was next in line A staff member came up to me and told me to move to the other self serve tills as this was was ONLY for trolleys (I use it daily for basket items and the trolley in front of me had only two items in it), I could see that the other queue (which also contained trolley's) had around 6 people who would now be front of me. I explained that I had been waiting but was told I couldn't use the tills that I had been waiting for. I left my basket complete with chilled and frozen items and the store, customer service at it's worse. And to top it off they reply to this review with a standard message which makes clear that the review has not been read, , there is no route to complain on line and no way to respond to their message, guess they don't really care about customers!!
