First time in this store. We went to leave off used Nespresso capsules so called in to get a few things. Store was absolutely filthy, there was rotting fruit and veg sitting on the shelves. A lot of the shelves were empty with carts sitting there waiting to fill them while the staff spent their time chatting to each other. The atmosphere was both depressing and unwelcoming. Usually we shop in Tesco or Lidl and the prices are far cheaper. Having read the negative reviews I couldn't agree more and this store should have its' management replaced. The store needs a serious upgrade and refresh, we won't be back. Go to the Lidl across the road.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service. We get a delivery every Friday, didn’t arrive even tho it said it had arrived online. Phoned and phoned, kept going round in circles with customer service, store wouldn’t answer the phone. So after over 2 hours of waiting and phoning and hearing nothing I went down to the store to see what was happening as no one could have been bothered to inform us. Turns out they showed up when I had left. I’m absolutely disgusted. I understand things can happen and people can be late, but keep your customers informed! Appalling service and if I could give it 0 stars I would.

I called here this morning 24/07/2025 around 7.30. Went to the cash point. The cash point had trollies sitting around it which I was out of sight from anyone. Anyone could have been mugged. I did feel a little uncomfortable as a man had came along, looked around but left. Should an area like a cash point have anything sitting around it?

Called into Asda on My way home last night. Tues 08-04-2025. Went to purchase the item in the photo. It scanned as £2:42 and the assistant said She had to charge Me the price that's on the box (£3). Is this not illegal as in false advertising?? Called in on Sunday and the 2 prices are still showing.

Disabled parking in front of the store is often blocked by Taxi's. Parking up or leaving can be a labour... perhaps they should have planned for a Taxi pick-up area that doesn't block access to those with disabilities.

Trolley locked on way out. Some sort of security feature..... No idea why it had happened and another customer had to tell me it was some sort of the security feature. Had to go and hunt for a worker who found it amusing. Not impressed... Not very well signed.. Made to feel like a criminal....very poor.

Was here tonight and entered after 7pm. Did a full weekly shop. Got to the tills no one was on, only self check out. Had to ask a staff member to put someone on the till. 3 staff members huddled round talking at the self check out. The woman was so so and unprofessional. Why was there no one on tills. Not everyone has a small basket. Also don't like their new fridges. Just think the customer service in this shop could be a lot better. Been in a few times and the staff on self check out, there just rude. It's like your an inconvenience to them.

With prices in your store going up, even the petrol prices are more than Tesco, We do most of our shopping in Lidls. The staff are lovely and very helpful, but putting prices up is driving customers away.
