I would not give any star if I could. A parcel was placed outside my property and it was lost. Placing a parcel outside any property is obviously not safe and I have never instructed the driver to place it outside my property. A compliant was raised but no one is in contact with even you are promised to be having reply in 24 hours. Please dont ever trust this company. The customer service staff will end the live chat whenever they want. They are obviously not helping. Their customer service is the worst ever.

My parcel is in their lost property facility in Birmingham. They refuse to arrange a new delivery to my address (even if I pay). They refuse to send it to another depot closer to mine. My only option is to drive 5 hs to get it. It's a delivery company we're talking about. Ridiculous.

returned my order to sender for no reason we are open 7 days a week and have many deliveries to be told is a problem with my address. YODEL IS THE WORST Company to have your parcels delivered. Yodel did not give me advance notification that a parcel was due to be delivered and I was out when it arrived. I therefore had to reschedule the delivery date. The driver on the original delivery attempt did not put a card through the door so I had no tracking number. The only way I was able to get the tracking number was by contacting the sender! I thought this was poor. Yodel are good at providing tracking and delivery windows as long as you have the tracking number! What I really hate is that you cannot ring them and speak to anyone in person. You have to use LiveChat. The staff are helpful on LiveChat but I prefer speaking to someone over the phone.

Absolutely terrible service waited in the house to be told someone had been no answer. Funny that I have cctv on my house even checked the time slot he said turned up and no one came even offered yodel the cctv an the just fob you off because they no they basically didn't turn up to be lied to by a company is terrible. People slag hermes off atleast they don't lie to you I'd rather use them than yodel now I no yodel lie an fob you off
