“I ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall yesterday. My order was the Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast pizza, hot honey breaded chicken strips, and fries. While the delivery arrived on time, I was disappointed to find my order missing the hot honey drizzle on both the pizza and chicken strips, one of the main reasons I ordered this meal, and sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened. After an already hectic and stressful day, this was just the cherry on top. But then I called and spoke to Dylan, and everything changed. From the moment he picked up, he was kind, apologetic, and genuinely empathetic. He truly listened and even added a bit of humour to our chat, especially when we joked about my choice of olives as a topping (apparently not his thing!). Dylan assured me he’d personally remake the pizza with extra hot honey and get it out to me ASAP, and he kept his word. Within 20 minutes, my order arrived with a thoughtful little note: “I hope this makes your day better.” Honestly, it did more than that. In a time where great customer service is rare, Dylan went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll continue ordering from this branch. He deserves recognition! Pizza Hut, please take note. “Very responsive and great team of people from the receptionist keeping me updated on progress etc to the mechanics who may I add are very thorough in the service they provide. Clean and well maintained premises so never had any issues leaving any of my vehicles with these guys. Would highly recommend!!”

The food is cooked in view of the seating area, so you know that everything is happening fresh and in front of your eyes. “Me and my friend came here and had lovely service and tasty food! I ordered the vegetable balti, plain naan and steamed rice and was really impressed with the flavour and portion size. The service was amazing and I really couldnt recommend it anymore. It was very quiet when we arrived but we did go quite early so I can imagine that around 7:30-8 it picks up and there is a busier atmosphere.”
