“Had a really lovely time in the store today, despite being very busy as it was a moving store sale (they're moving and will be opening up next to specsavers in early December!) and was well attended too by assistants in store - incredibly friendly, helped me get down items from the high shelves and we're really friendly. The lovely young man working in the store at this time is a credit to Clarks & taught us some really cool tricks to get our sons shoes on. He was ever so patient with my son, kind & very helpful, a natural at his job. The shoes themselves are great & my son is walking much more confidently with shoes that fit his feet perfectly.”

It's a real shame that this store is closing permanently later this month. I've heard M&S are planning to open a food store at a new site in Wolverhampton soon. I hope so.
