   I have entered this shop many times over several years - very disappointed that there has never been any staff interaction with me. On my last visit, there were 3 staff members, who were having there own personal conversations, but there was no communication with me - a simple " hello " would have been lovely, for a change or even an interested enquiry about what I was searching for. I have previously bought lovely footwear from Blunts online, as I am unwilling to accept poor customer service / lack of welcome. Luckily, Willenhall in general is a great friendly place, but this shop lets it down - people enter to spend money, not to be ignored - what a shame!

   Really upset by the service in here by a lady who i think is the manager. I was going to spend a fair amount of money however after arriving and being told my son doesn't need more shoes then making a comment about how I was heating my sons bottle I felt massively judged and very upset so myself and my partner left. As a retail manager I was shocked at this service and I will not be returning, I will visit clarks website for the 4 pairs of shoes I am going to buy.

   Appalling experience which was extremely shocking, due to purchasing my children’s school shoes here, every year for the past 8years, at least. I went in at 16:15 with my children and told them to choose a style they would like. I was asked how many children would need shoes, I responded with all three, to then be told that 15 minutes would not be enough time to purchase. I left quite frustrated, and was asked upon leaving, if I could come back in the morning, to which I responded no. I returned immediately to ask if the shop accepted Google reviews, to be met by an obvious shocked response, and reasons as to why I couldn’t served, along with the option to then be served by multiple staff. Quite bizzare that a remedy was offered after a quick mention of a review. EXTREMELY dissatisfactory, disappointing and a damned right inconvenience.

   I was desperately searching for ankle boots in Walsall. I needed to go to Willenhall and found Blunts. I was able buy something a bit quirky that fits like a glove for only a little more than a chain shoe shop, and with excellent personal service. I'll be back!
