    Wife went to the store today to return shoes bought online. There is an option online to return the shoes in store. This could not be completed by the shop staff as they needed a barcode from the original receipt which we didn't have. Showed the staff the online order on my account but to no avail. Staff need better training and the website needs to make it clear that a return can not be processed without a barcode.Timewasters

    Not good bought 2 pair of shoes from here ...the tonge fell out of the first pair the second pair had an uneven fault in the instep I binned both pair didn't want to pass on the problem . Quality is not a word they know . Polite enough though.
