    I usually call Desi Sweet to order my tiffin in advance because I need to leave quickly for work. This time, I asked them to prepare it in 10–15 minutes and they agreed. But when I reached the shop, they told me to wait another 15 minutes, and I had to stand in a queue even after ordering ahead. The chapati was ready, but they still made me wait longer, and when I finally got my tiffin, the quantity of sabji was much less than the first time I visited. The first experience was good, which is why I came again, but the second time was disappointing. When I asked about the quantity, they argued instead of helping. I hope they improve their service and maintain consistent quantity, as this would make the experience much better for customers.

    The Desi Sweets Shop is nice. You can see yummy sweets and djshes when you walk in. The food here is just like what you'd find back home. They make samosas that are crispy and biscuits that are so tasty. Their saag and local dishes are also really good and remind you of home-cooked meals. After they fixed up the place, it looks even nicer. But since they changed things, the amount of food you get seems a bit less. Overall, a good place for a happy tummy and a smile on your face.

    Desi Sweets offers a mixed experience for those seeking Indian snacks. While I haven't sampled their Indian sweets yet, the samosas, while decent, don't quite stand out among other options in the area. However, the real gem of the menu is the pakoras. They're absolutely delightful, served fresh and hot, reminiscent of homemade goodness. For this reason alone, a visit is worthwhile. As for service, it's adequate but nothing remarkable. The small size of the venue means it can quickly become crowded, particularly during peak hours and busy festival days. Expect to queue outside, possibly even in the rain. Despite these drawbacks, if you're a fan of pakoras, Desi Sweets is worth a visit. Finally it’s worth mentioning that it’s completely vegetarian.

    Rude staff waited in line for 10 mins while waiting people coming in where being served instead. Waited due to having pregnant daughter who had a craving. Will never shop here again

    I love desi sweets, it’s the Indian sweet shop where I always go whether I want samosas, spring rolls or any of the sweets such as Barfi, laddos, besan. They have it all. There’s also cakes and milkshakes and a section for daily food such as ready made Currys to take out. The food quality is first class and I’ve been coming here since years and never had a problem. The staff is super friendly and the hospitality is first class! Definitely recommended!!
