One lady of the staff was so mean to me i was waiting at the counter for a while and she didn’t show up I checked on her at the back to call her and while I was making my decisionon buy something she was like we are busy so we are and that was not kind at all I just paid for what was in my hand and left
Love this place and most of the staff but this new guy today, he wouldnt take my change because i had only £4 in my card and he wouldnt take the rest of my coins so i could pay it off.

Always a kind word from the staff at the Gem and always greet customers in a very friendly manner and make you feel at ease when shopping there nothing is to to much trouble for all the staff and the Owners Larry and Rosie will always help when and if they can.
