Amazing shop the nicest staff and so helpful nothing is too much for them. The selection of food they offer is fantastic and always plenty in stock. The staff put up with a lot of rude customers as I witnessed on one visit and I hav to say they dealt with it very personally I take my hat off to them.
Do not, under any circumstances, use the ATM at the entrance. It will eat your card, underpay, refuse to return card, or simply switch off. This is a recurring issue, but the Co Op denies any responsibility, despite leasing the ATMs access to the bank. It is filthy, covered in scratches and stains, very difficult to read, with a tiny screen and buttons whose symbols have rubbed away.
The most rude staff i have ever encountered. Giving customers dirty looks and rolling eyes when asked to help. I have been told multiple times that evri parcels cant be dropped off even though its advertised on the window.
Handy shop with decent stock of products. Downside is there is always a long queue for the one till that only ever seems to be operational whilst rude staff on the floor ignore said queues. Very poor customer service levels from majority of staff who see customers as an inconvenience.
this has to be one of the friendliest shops around - nothing is too much trouble for the staff - they all go out of their way to make every customer welcome - the manager Emer has really turned the store round - all the staff have enthusiasm, even part time staff and it is a pleasure to shop here - it's open 7 days 7-10 so handy - lots of offers gold stars all round
