   This place does an amazing sunday roast from their deli. The man put extra gravy on when asked for, and was very friendly and accommodating. I asked him how they get their beef the way they do, and he took a few minutes to talk me threw it. Will definitely be back.

   The deli used to be great but has went down hill big time went into to grab one of the roast for dinner and it looked like road kill it was burnt dry no gravy the roasties looked like they were scared to brown I looked around the food and everything else was burnt the sausages were black as were the sausage rolls and it was all new faces Centra used to be famous about the road for a sunday roast takeaway. Bring back the old crew who could cook. Can't say I will be back.

   So your counter staff/person at my local shop I've frequented without issue for 9 years decides to say 'thank you' while giving me my change then decides to mumble 'or not!' in front of all in the queue but me as I go out the door. Is your job to serve the public/community as part of a business where it serves in their interest to do so in a tolerant if not courteous manner and they pay you? If you don't like your job because someone didn't say 'thank you' back then ditch it. If it's just me you have a problem with I'll be damned if I don't think you'd need better reason for your attitude than me not replying 'thanks'. It simply isn't enough. (if I didn't say thanks I wouldn't know and I rarely count the times I haven't or have because there's worse going on in the world than your temporarily hurt feelings). You should take a leaf out of your co-workers books because they seem to have it down pat and I thank them for that.

   This deli counter used to be one of the best in Belfast until a certain employee left about a couple of months ago and its all fallen apart. The new staff hired are awful. One Derry guy in particular swears at you whilst making your order. Its not all negative, there is young one blond girl in there who is fantastic and should be paid to run the deli counter because the current staff can't consistently charge the same price for the same item 2 times in a row.

   The young fella sean is an amazing worker so pleasant and helpful couldn't praise him enough on the other hand though the aul doll skinny black hair with glasses is so rude and ignorant with absolutely no costumer skills maybe sean could show her how to be respectful to costumers because she is awful I try to dodge her when she is on the tills hopefully someone will have a wee word in her ear doubt she will listen be we live in hope
