Brought a few things from here over the years. Table, chairs, pillows, and even a side cupboard. They all seems good quality for a really decent price too. A bigger builing would be bette as it does feel like some areas in the store are quite tightly packed

In store the assistants were fine however , brought garden furniture for collection was told might not be on Mondays delivery but should be on Fridays , because the last Friday delivery didn’t turn up. Rang up the following Saturday to see where it was and surprise surprise no delivery again only 1 wagon turned up. Spoke to them and they said it’ll be on Tuesday now, asked if it can be delivered and then was told delivery is not £10 like we was told but £37 because we’re 19 miles away. Not happy
I love the way they have set out the shop now it's a lot better. I love most of the things in here and the prices are reasonable.
Staff excellent polite Helpful. Only Went there as disappointed at Dunelm Cannock. ... But Very Glad i went to JYSK. Great offers. Danish version of Ikea...few items more expensive but. The treatment of Staff made up for that...Will be going Again......

Ordered and paid for sofa and recliner chair on Saturday, was promised delivery for the Tuesday by casual mannered staff. Delivery never turned up and am still waiting. Calls not returned and blame laid on their third party delivery service. Totally frustrating!
Had a great deal on a table and chairs set really decent quality for the money.staff really helpful and friendly first time I brought from them nowhere near as big as IKEA but what you do get is a more personal experience where you come out and they make you feel that they really appreciate your custom which you don't get at IKEA thanks for the great service keep up the good work jysk you've got a great team at the Cannock branch
