I don’t often give 5 stars but I recently visited eurocell to buy some things for a project & was served by Mark who was so friendly & helpful & also gave me advice on the task I was undertaking that I had to give full marks, if only customer service was as good everywhere as it was on my visit here.
One star is even too much for this business. They don’t keep their promises, always lying. They took 1 month to quote me. I never get a quotation for my 2nd order even after 2 months. Always they have some excuse. I can not understand how they still run this business. If you want peace of mind stay away from them. Go to another branch.
Good customer service and a tremendously good range on offer
Been here a few times now. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely will be using Eurocell again.

We found the place by accident and I'm so glad we did. The staff are amazing and very helpful. I'd spent ages searching for some anthracite grey trim for my cladding project and Eurocell not only were the only place that had it, they also had it in stock at the branch. Having dropped in on the off chance, it was ordered and delivered inside an hour. You simply can't beat that. Also, as a DIY'er it can be obvious when staff don't want to help our give advice, I didn't get that here. They were all very helpful.
Always great service, all the guys are really helpful, in particular is Tim, a good ambassador for the business. Paul the manager is as helpful as anyone could possibly be…. No hesitation in recommending Eurocell Plymouth branch.
Great service. Rang to discuss remedial works to wooden window cills. Was fortunate enough to speak to Mark who introduced into the conversation a upvc product which seemed a perfect problem-solver. He was proved right. New cill covering now fitted and looks terrific. Apart from this, Mark was helpful, patient and obliging at every point in the transaction even for this small order. Thank you Mark, first class service and product.
