This is the second time in a couple of months that parcels have gone missing supposedly delivered to this store. Not using it again.
This store used to be fantastic—I don’t doubt any of the positive reviews before mine. Under John, the previous owner, the staff were helpful, friendly, and made it a pleasure to shop here. But ever since the new owner took over, everything has gone downhill. They heartlessly sacked the loyal staff—some of whom had worked here for over 15 years—just to replace them with their own hires. I walked in, and instead of the warm, welcoming atmosphere this store was known for, I was greeted by sheer rudeness. The new staff clearly have no interest in customer service. Well, they’ve lost my business for good. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.
Super friendly staff, helped to return a parcel for me and bought a few items. Little untidy due to stock being put on the shelves otherwise a good selection of goods.
Always have the best customer service here. I came to drop a parcel off but the machine printer was showing as out of order. On the walk back to my car the team came and found me to let me know it was potentially fixed and to give it a try. Sure enough, all working perfectly and I was able to ship. Thank you so much, I really appreciated you going that extra mile.
