   Absolutely bang on, ordered quite a lot from these now could not fault them one bit, had a slight issue which wasn’t their fault with the package being lost in the post called them up and they sent me a new one with next day delivery, will always come here for tools and organisers for my tool box, delivery timing is very quick always receive my parcel within 2 days of being ordered. Could not recommend them enough

   Made a recent purchase through Ebay still not received item. Courier says they have delivered it delivery photo is of a different address. When I spoke with this company they said as a claim has been rejected by Ebay because there was a delivery photo even though it was of a different address there was nothing they could do. Basically they were not intrested in trying to resolve the problem. Poor customer service will not use this company again. Think before you buy from them

   Avoid avoid avoid Purchased an engine alignment tool that didn’t fit despite being sold for that engine. Tools 2u hid behind it being outside of their return time rather than any concern they are selling faulty tools! A responsible company that cares about customers would want the product back to investigate the problem so that it never happens to other customers. These people just want your money and don’t take any responsibility for selling junk! Disgraceful
